Because our chokers are handmade-to-order and worn close to the skin, all sales are final for hygiene and custom design reasons.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll make it right.

• No returns, exchanges, or refunds on worn or used items.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages—please double check your address before placing an order.
